Where is my order?

"the treehouze" works with drop-shipping! Prints and other products that are not hand-made are paid for out of pocket to be requested to be made (besides original paintings). See the Shipping Policy for more information about this. We are currently not responsible for shipping made-to-order items. Large paintings may take a week to deliver and small paintings should take 1-4 business days. 

 

Can I exchange items?

At this time, if you ordered the wrong item or size, It can be sent back to facilities, but you cannot exchange items because products are manufactured and printed upon request. Orders are made uniquely for you. Eventually, I hope to have my own inventory to make exchanges possible. Refunds are ultimately up to if we see fit. Please be careful when ordering items like Phone Cases, or certain sizes of Apparel!

 

How long does shipping take after my order is fulfilled?

For US, Canada, and Europe, shipping should take 1-3 business days after the order has been fulfilled. US & Canada are eligible for overnight shipping. 

 

Where is my tracking number?

If you have not yet received a tracking number after your order is made and packaged, please check your spam. Downloading the Shop App to track your order is also easier! If you have not yet received tracking, please contact us.
