Refund Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

 

To start a return, please contact us at treehouzeshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will begin the process and provide you with further steps to get the products back to facilities. Refunds will not be provided until the tracking number of the return is given. Returns sent back without requesting one prior prior will not be accepted. Addresses provided for returns should ONLY be used for returning items within 4 weeks the item has been received.

The best way to exchange items is to send out the item at your expense and order a new item. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

REFUNDS / DAMAGES

If we see it fit, we can deny returns/refunds. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the samecondition you received it: unworn with tags, and in its original packaging. If there were any damages on the items, please contact us right away so that we can evaluate the situation, and possibly replace the item.

Please be sure to inspect your item before contacting us about damages. Situations such as the item that has come damaged, or the wrong item, please provide photos, order number, and the date the item was received. 

Refunds may be received under special circumstances, especially if item is damaged. If you happened to order the wrong size or item on accident, refunds may not be issued. Please be careful and make sure you look at your receipt to see if you got the size you wanted! If you didn’t, it’s not entirely too late:

If you realized you ordered the wrong item 1-2 days before, please email treehouzeshop@gmail.com immediately. The order can be canceled and a new item will be requested to be made. Items are made to order. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Under certain circumstances or exceptions, custom-made or special orders cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
